These terms govern the use of our yoga classes and define the rights and obligations of participants.
These terms of use apply to all yoga classes offered by Snowgum Yoga. The subject is the conduct of yoga sessions to promote physical and mental well-being through movement and breathing techniques.
The classes are designed as health-oriented exercise offerings and do not replace medical treatment. By registering, participants confirm that they have no health concerns that would prevent participation.
Participants undertake to disclose any health restrictions before the start of the class. The instructions of the course instructor must be followed to avoid injuries.
Each participant bears personal responsibility for their own well-being and can adjust or pause exercises at any time. Snowgum Yoga recommends consulting a doctor in advance if there are any uncertainties.
Snowgum Yoga is not liable for damages resulting from improper execution of exercises or disregard of instructions. Participation is at your own risk.
No liability is assumed for brought items. In the event of gross negligence or intent by Snowgum Yoga, liability remains unaffected.
Yoga classes promote general well-being but do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. Snowgum Yoga makes no promises regarding specific health outcomes.
Course fees are due before the start of the class. In case of inability to attend, free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the class starts. After that, the full amount will be charged.
Snowgum Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes if the number of participants is too low. In this case, any fees already paid will be fully refunded.

Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the terms shall remain valid. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
